We promote and support excellent women in (prospective) executive positions in science. Our task is the sustainable development of the consulting and support services established in the ProFiL Programme. This includes, for example, the organisation of workshops for the development of (inter)disciplinary cooperation in research or the organisation of workshops for the further development of leadership competencies.
